FINANCIAL PLANNING AND AREA BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER
This position is responsible in managing, implementing, and improving the end-to-end planning function to provide management with sound financial projections, sufficient analysis of business performance, and appropriate recommendations to drive business decision-making and contribute to Company objectives, and profitability and growth.

What do you expect to do.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Annual Operating Process
Manages the conduct of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to ensure that targets of each function and Business Unit are aligned with and support the business strategies set by top management. Ensures timely, accurate, and updated sales information through the effective and consistent application of standardized information systems.
2. Financial Evaluation of Major Capex Projects/Initiatives
Provides overall financial evaluation and assessment of business impact of proposed CapEx projects or initiatives to guide management decision-making.
3. Review of Contracts
Reviews financial provisions of contracts to ensure that the Company’s interests are protected adequately and reasonably. Ensures financial provisions of contracts support the financial targets and strategies of the Company.
4. Financial Evaluation of Key Accounts Deal
Evaluates financial and business impact of proposed deals with key accounts and makes recommendations based on the evaluation conducted.
5. Cost Management
Prepares department budget, monitors and ensures operational expenses are within approved budget.
Evaluates and implements cost-savings opportunities while maintaining the quality and level of service.

What you need to be successful in this job.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Graduate of any business course.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required.
3. At least five (5) years of experience in Corporate Planning / Financial Planning and Analysis / Commercial Finance / Supply Chain Finance, at least three (3) years of which in a managerial capacity. Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
4. S/he must have a strong background and experience in short-term and long-term financial planning, financial analysis and reporting, commercial finance, and finance business partnership.
